We value our clients complete confidence and satisfaction in our service(s) and/or product(s). In the event you are not 100% satisfied with our service(s) and/or product(s), please contact us immediately. Once final service(s) and/or product(s) are accepted, refund requests will be denied. (*Acceptance follows the client receipt of final product(s) and/or service(s) [retrieval of those previously mentioned can be completed via in-person, email, certified mail, or fax] and failing to notify EMC within the first 24 hours after receipt of said items*). Refunds are only available up to 50% of the paid total, if applicable and approved by the Managing Member.
Below are the requirements to request a refunds:
All refund requests will be reviewed to determine the best solution and/or refund amount. Following the Managing Member (s) decision, the client will be notified by the end of the next business day. Appeals are not accepted. Client and EMC will have a Service Agreement or Business Contract in place detailing both parties obligations and responsibilities prior to services beginning.
This Refund policy applies in the event services were conducted, and/or products received.
Consultations are not eligible for refunds, regardless of duration of that service/consultation.
